All deposits and session fees are non‑refundable, but totally transferable if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Need to cancel? No worries — just give me a heads‑up 48 hours in advance to avoid the $25 late‑cancellation fee.
Session credits must be used within 90 days of your original appointment date.

Proofing Your Photos (AKA: The Big Reveal!)
Your reveal session is where the magic happens — you get to see your images, pick your favorites, and relive the fun.
Reveal sessions happen 1–3 weeks after your shoot, depending on availability.
If you miss or reschedule your reveal with less than 48 hours’ notice, there’s a $25 fee.
Each reveal is 1 hour, though most folks wrap up in about 30 minutes.
Need a second viewing because you can’t decide? Totally fine — just note there’s a $25 fee and it depends on availability.
Prefer an online gallery instead? You got it — just know that choosing this option means you forfeit your in‑studio collections credit.
How In‑Studio Collection Credits Work
Every session comes with an in‑studio credit you can use toward prints or digital images. The amount included will be listed when you book. Think of it as a little “thank you” for choosing One Lifetime Photo.
Turnaround Time (Because Waiting Is Hard)
For on‑location sessions, you’ll come back for a 1‑hour reveal appointment to view, select, and receive your images. Reveals are usually scheduled 1–3 weeks after your session, depending on the season.
If you choose an online gallery instead, it’ll be delivered within 1 week — but remember that option means you give up your in‑studio credit.
Need your photos super fast?
48‑hour rush delivery: $50
Full gallery in 72 hours: available if you purchase your full gallery during your session
Retouching (The Glow‑Up)
All delivered photos include standard retouching — light skin smoothing, color styling, cropping, clarity, all the good stuff.
If you need more detailed, hand‑crafted Photoshop magic, pricing ranges from $5–$45 per image, depending on what you need.
During Your Session (Phone‑Free Zone)
To keep the vibe fun and distraction‑free, no photography or video is allowed during your session — including cell phones. If I have to ask more than once, the session may be ended early. (Trust me — you’ll enjoy the experience way more without juggling your phone.)
